What is ValueSort?
ValueSort is a free browser extension that helps you find the best value items when shopping online. It reads the price per unit information shown on supported supermarket sites and reorders the products so that the cheapest per unit is shown at the top.
Which supermarkets does ValueSort support?
ValueSort currently supports Tesco, Morrisons, and Asda.
Does ValueSort take Clubcard prices and special offers into account?
Yes. ValueSort checks for multibuy deals like “3 for £1” or “4 for the price of 3” and uses those prices when reordering products
Is ValueSort free?
Yes. ValueSort is completely free to use. There’s also an optional way to donate if you’d like to support future development.
Does ValueSort collect my data?
ValueSort only reads product data on the page in order to calculate and apply sorting. It does not track you across sites, create a profile, or upload your browsing data to any server.
For more details, you can read the full Privacy Policy.
How can I start using ValueSort?
To start using ValueSort:
- Install the extension:
- Toggle the extension to be on
- Open a supported supermarket website and search for an item
- Wait until the page loads — ValueSort will automatically run and reorder the products.
You can then browse as normal, knowing the best value options are shown first.
